My name is Mia…aka Miss K…and I am the Technology teacher. As a new teacher, I am looking forward to getting to know all of the students and staff members, and being able to live out my faith through teaching.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy being outside with friends and family and playing board games. As a student at Calvin I was introduced to indoor rock climbing, and I’m hoping to find a local climbing gym now that I’ve graduated.

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would want to go to Armenia.

My favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
