Lori Bolt

My name is Lori and I am the Language Arts Teacher for 6th-8th grade.

I love being able to walk alongside students as they navigate the challenges of the early teen years, and Legacy provides the opportunity to talk openly about faith, forgiveness, and growth as students mature. Plus, I work with some fabulous, Jesus-loving coworkers!

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy reading, vacationing, baking, going for walks enjoying theatre and singing on the praise team at my church.

If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would want to go to Italy.

My favorite Bible verse is Galatians 3:26-28 – “So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

My Deep Hope: Through engaging with writing and grammar both together and individually, students can develop communication skills needed to accurately express their Christ-centered growth in thoughts, reflections, connections, and empathy between their faith and the characters and ideas they encounter in literature.
