My name is Curt and I teach Social Studies/History and Math at the West Campus. I love working at LCS because of the great community. Legacy has a great sense of community with the wonderful families and the staff. My colleagues are caring, fun, and passionate about their work.
When I’m not teaching, I love reading, camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with my family.
If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would love to go to Central Asia – Tajikistan. (Yes, I teach history and geography.)
My favorite Bible verse is: Romans 8:37-39 – “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
My Deep Hope is that my students recognize the wonder and brokenness of God’s people, react to the brokenness by living as Kingdom Builders, and engage the world around them.
