How to Order

Please order your child’s lunches online, using the Family Portal in Facts/RenWeb. Use the login information you created for enrollment and follow the instructions below. 

Go to

  1. Click “login” in the upper right corner and select Facts Family Portal login. (Legacy’s district code is LE-MI)
  2. Enter your username and password to access your Family Portal.
  3. Click on “student” in the column on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on “lunch”.
  5. Click on “Create Web Order”. (If you have multiple children, it will bring up all children. Please make sure that you do not complete an order for any preschool or Young 5’s students.)
  6. Indicate a “1” in the column of the lunch you wish to order for each day. Remember, you may only select ONE of the lunch options – entrée, deli sandwich or yogurt lunch. When your order is complete for each child, click “order items” at the bottom.

All meals are $2.75/each, unless you qualify for free or reduced lunch. Funds need to be in your child’s account for them to receive lunch.

How to Add Funds to your Hot Lunch Account


  1. Visit
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click “Deposit”
  4. Enter in the amount you’d like to deposit.
  5. Pay via credit card or bank account (processing fees apply).

In Person:

  1. Send a check (written to Kelloggsville Public Schools) or cash in a clearly labelled envelope to the office.

How to Apply for Free and Reduced Lunch and/or Register for an Account

To access the portal for the free and reduced lunch application and/or register for a new account, please follow these instructions: (This is a Kelloggsville Public School portal and is different from the Facts Family portal.)

  1. Visit
  2. Click on “Register” and follow the prompts to create an account.
  3. When adding your children to the account, you will need their ID #. This can be found in your Facts Family Portal under Family > Family Home > Select your child’s name at the top of the screen (in the middle). There you will see their ID #. You will just need to add “LC” to the beginning of the # when putting it in the portal – ex. LC120####.
  4. To submit a free and reduced lunch application, click on “Benefits” and then “Application”. Follow the prompts to complete the application.
  5. Once your child’s account is approved, you will be able to deposit funds online by clicking on “Deposit” and following the prompts. You will not be able to deposit money immediately.
